Comparison review
OSCAL ELITE 1 is a bit better than the Blackview Oscal Pad 15, with a 67.1 score against 63.8. Both tablets in this comparison come with Android OS (Operating System), but OSCAL ELITE 1 has 14 version and Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has Android 13. OSCAL ELITE 1 is a noticeably lighter and a little bit thinner device than Blackview Oscal Pad 15, even though both were released with only a couple months difference.
