The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) is slightly better than Blackview Oscal Pad 15, with a general score of 65 against 63.8. These tablets have Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has the previous 4.1 version and Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has Android 13 version.
