Comparison review
The Blackview Oscal Pad 15 is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V, getting a general score of 63.8 against 58.5. The Blackview Oscal Pad 15 design is thinner but noticeably heavier than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V. Both devices we are comparing work with Android OS (Operating System), but Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has the newer 13 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V has Android 4.4 version, so it gives a couple nice extra features and enhanced performance.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V has a more vivid screen than Blackview Oscal Pad 15, because although it has a really smaller display, it also counts with a lot better resolution of 1024 x 600 and a greater count of pixels per inch in the screen. Blackview Oscal Pad 15 counts with a much bigger memory for apps and games than Galaxy Tab 3 V, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 512 GB and 256 GB internal storage.
Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has a quite better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V, because it has a greater amount of RAM memory and 7 more CPU cores. Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has a really longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V, because it has 8280mAh of battery capacity. Blackview Oscal Pad 15 takes way better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V, because it has a camera in the back with a way better resolution.
