Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a score of 67.8, which is slightly better than Blackview Oscal Pad 15's global score of 63.8. Both tablets we are comparing here work with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has the newer 4.4.2 version while Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has Android 13 version, so it gives some extra features and performance enhancements. Although it's the best in this review, Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is a noticeably older, just a little bit heavier and just a little thicker tablet than the Blackview Oscal Pad 15.
Blackview Oscal Pad 15 counts with just a little better processing power than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with a higher number of cores and more RAM. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 counts with a much better display than Blackview Oscal Pad 15, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much higher 800 x 1280 resolution and a better pixel number in each inch in the display.
The Blackview Oscal Pad 15 counts with a way bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB and more internal memory capacity. Blackview Oscal Pad 15 takes much better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because it has a back facing camera with a way better 13 mega pixels resolution.
The Blackview Oscal Pad 15 counts with longer battery duration than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because it has an 8280mAh battery capacity.
