Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has a general score of 63.8, which is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab E's general score of 60.7. These tablets work with Android operating system, but the Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has a newer 13 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab E has Android 4.4, counting with lots of additional features and increased performance. The Blackview Oscal Pad 15 body is a lot newer, a little bit thinner and a little bit lighter than Samsung Galaxy Tab E.
