Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has an overall score of 64.9, which is slightly better than Blackview Oscal Pad 15's 63.8 score. Both of these tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has newer 5.1 Lollipop version and Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has Android 13. Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 is an extremely older and somewhat thicker tablet than the Blackview Oscal Pad 15, but Samsung managed to build it much lighter anyway.

Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has a little faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because it has a larger number of faster cores and a greater amount of RAM. Galaxy Tab E 8.0 features a little more vivid screen than Blackview Oscal Pad 15, because although it has a way smaller display, it also counts with a lot higher pixels count per display inch and a lot better resolution of 800 x 1280.

Galaxy Tab E 8.0 takes just a bit better videos and photos than Blackview Oscal Pad 15, although it has a camera in the back with a much lower 5 megapixels resolution. The Blackview Oscal Pad 15 counts with a much better storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because it has a SD card slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB and more internal memory.

The Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has a much longer battery lifetime than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because it has an 8280mAh battery capacity instead of 5000mAh.
