Galaxy Tab S4 is a lot better than the Blackview Oscal Pad 15, having a score of 78.8 against 63.8. The Galaxy Tab S4 design is just a little thinner than Blackview Oscal Pad 15, although it's a little bit heavier and was released many years before. Galaxy Tab S4 features a way better display than Blackview Oscal Pad 15, because it has a quite larger screen, a much higher 1600 x 2560 resolution and a lot better pixels density.
The Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has a much bigger memory to store more games and applications than Galaxy Tab S4, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity and a SD memory slot that holds up to 512 GB. The Galaxy Tab S4 has a bit more powerful processing unit than Blackview Oscal Pad 15, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have 8 cores.
The Blackview Oscal Pad 15 counts with a bit longer battery life than Galaxy Tab S4, because it has a 13% more battery size. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 has a much better camera than Blackview Oscal Pad 15. Both of them have a same resolution camera in the back.
