Galaxy View 2 is slightly better than the Blackview Oscal Pad 15, getting a 65.3 score against 63.8. The Galaxy View 2 design is a lot older, way heavier and extremely thicker than Blackview Oscal Pad 15. Both tablets in this comparison include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy View 2 has a newer 8.1 Oreo version and Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has Android 13, providing you a couple additional features.
