The Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has an overall score of 65.2, which is much better than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020)'s overall score of 58.6. Both devices in this comparison review work with Android OS (operating system), but the Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has the older 13 version and Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie version.
