The Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 is slightly better than the Huawei MediaPad 10 Link, with a 65.2 score against 63.7. Both of these tablets come with Android OS (Operating System), but Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has a newer 13 version and Huawei MediaPad 10 Link has Android 4.1.
