Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 is just a bit better than Lenovo Moto Tab, getting a global score of 65.2 against 64.4. Both of these tablets use Android operating system, but Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has an older 13 version and Lenovo Moto Tab has Android 7.1 Nougat.
