The Microsoft Surface 3 is a little bit better than Blackview OSCAL Pad 16, having a score of 66.3 against 65.2. Even being the best tablet device in this review, the Microsoft Surface 3 construction is extremely older, thicker and somewhat heavier than Blackview OSCAL Pad 16. Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 counts with a bit superior processing unit than Microsoft Surface 3, because it has a higher amount of RAM and more 1.6 gigahertz processing cores.
The Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has a bit sharper display than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a little lower 1200 x 1920 resolution and a bit smaller display, it also counts with a just a little higher display density. The Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has a superior storage for games and applications than Microsoft Surface 3, because it has a SD memory slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB and 128 GB more internal memory.
The Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 features a slightly better camera than Microsoft Surface 3, because it has a much higher resolution back-facing camera. The Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 counts with a superior battery duration than Microsoft Surface 3.
