Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 is just a bit better than Blackview OSCAL Pad 16, having a overall score of 66.5 against 65.2. Both of these tablets come with Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has a more recent 4.4.2 version and Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has Android 13, so it gives you some extra features. The Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 is an a lot older and thicker tablet than Blackview OSCAL Pad 16, but Samsung was able to make it much lighter anyway.
Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has a little faster CPU than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with a larger number of cores and 6,5 GB more RAM memory. Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 counts with a display that's very similar to the screen in Blackview OSCAL Pad 16, although the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has a really smaller screen, a little worse pixels number per inch of display and a way worse resolution of 600 x 1024 pixels.
Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has a much bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because it has 240 GB more internal memory and an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB. Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 shoots way better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because it has a back facing camera with lot more mega-pixels.
