Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch is just a bit better than Blackview OSCAL Pad 16, with a 68.7 score against 65.2. Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch's construction has the same thickness than Blackview OSCAL Pad 16, but it's extremely lighter. Both of these tablets include Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a newer 4.2.2 version while Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has Android 13 version, so it gives lots of additional features and some performance improvements.
