Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is a bit better than Blackview OSCAL Pad 16, having a 65.6 score against 65.2. The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is a noticeably older and thicker tablet than the Blackview OSCAL Pad 16, but Samsung could make it noticeably lighter anyway. Both tablets we compare here use Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has the newer 4.4.2 version while Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has Android 13 version, counting with a lot of extra features and a performance increase.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a slightly better looking screen than Blackview OSCAL Pad 16, although it has a way worse resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels and a way smaller display, they both have the same screen pixel density. Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 counts with a very superior storage capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because it has an external memory card slot that holds a maximum of 1 TB and 256 GB internal storage.
Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because it has a greater number of cores and a greater amount of RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a bit better camera than Blackview OSCAL Pad 16, although it has a camera in the back with lot less MP resolution.
