Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 is a bit better than Blackview Tab 13, having a 66.1 score against 63.8. Both of these tablets have Android OS (operating system), but the Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 has newer 13 version while Blackview Tab 13 has Android 12. The Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 body is newer and a little thinner than the Blackview Tab 13's, although it is just a little bit heavier.
