The Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), getting a 66.1 score against 60.7. Both of these tablets come with Android OS (Operating System), but Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 has a newer 13 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has Android 4.1, so it offers some additional features. Blackview OSCAL Pad 18's construction is a lot newer and much thinner than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0)'s, but it's also heavier.

The Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 features a much powerful processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has more cores and more RAM. Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has a display that is very similar to the Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 one, although the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has a way worse resolution of 600 x 1024px, a little bit inferior pixels count per inch in the display and a way smaller display.

The Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 counts with a way bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage. The Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 takes much better videos and photos than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has a lot more MP back camera.

Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 counts with a much better battery life than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has a 120% greater battery capacity.
