The Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 has a score of 66.1, which is just a bit better than Galaxy Tab S9's 64.1 score. Both of these devices have the same Android 13 OS (Operating System), so both should give the same operating system features. The Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 construction is a bit lighter but thicker than the Galaxy Tab S9, and both were released only a couple months apart.

The Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 counts with a lot better looking display than Galaxy Tab S9, although it has a quite smaller display. Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 has a bigger storage for games and applications than Blackview OSCAL Pad 18, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 1 TB.
