OSCAL ELITE 1 is better than Blackview Tab 10, having a 67.1 score against 58. These tablets use Android OS (operating system), but the OSCAL ELITE 1 has the newer 14 version while Blackview Tab 10 has Android 11, giving some extra features. The OSCAL ELITE 1 construction is notably newer, lighter and thinner than Blackview Tab 10.
