Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) is better than Blackview Tab 10, with a 69 score against 58. Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019)'s construction is extremely lighter and a little thinner than Blackview Tab 10, despite of the fact that it was released many years before. Both of these tablets have the same Android 11 OS, so you shouldn't notice any difference in that aspect.
The Blackview Tab 10 features a little sharper display than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019), because it has a bigger display, a much better resolution of 1200 x 1920 and a just a little higher quantity of pixels in each display inch.
