Comparison review
The OSCAL Pad 15 has a score of 64.4, which is just a bit better than Blackview Tab 11's global score of 64.1. The OSCAL Pad 15 body is a bit lighter and just a little bit thinner than Blackview Tab 11. These devices use Android operating system, but the OSCAL Pad 15 has a more recent 13 version while Blackview Tab 11 has Android 11 version.
