Blackview Tab 11 has a global score of 64.1, which is better than OSCAL Pad 90's global score of 57.9. Both of these devices use Android OS (operating system), but the Blackview Tab 11 has an older 11 version while OSCAL Pad 90 has Android 14. The Blackview Tab 11 has a little faster processing unit than OSCAL Pad 90. They have 8 GB of RAM and the same number of cores.
The Blackview Tab 11 has a way better looking display than OSCAL Pad 90, although it has a little bit smaller display. OSCAL Pad 90 shoots much clearer videos and photos than Blackview Tab 11. Both of them have a 13 megapixels back-facing camera.
