The Blackview Tab 12 Pro is slightly better than Asus MeMO Pad 8, with a general score of 64.6 against 61.2. These devices work with Android OS (operating system), but the Blackview Tab 12 Pro has a newer 12 version and Asus MeMO Pad 8 has Android 4.4, so it gives you lots of additional features and improved performance. Blackview Tab 12 Pro is a way heavier device than Asus MeMO Pad 8, but both of them have the same thickness.
The Asus MeMO Pad 8 and Blackview Tab 12 Pro have really similar processors, although the Asus MeMO Pad 8 has an inferior number of cores and a smaller amount of RAM memory. Blackview Tab 12 Pro counts with a much better memory capacity for games and applications than Asus MeMO Pad 8, because it has 128 GB internal storage and a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 1 TB.
The Blackview Tab 12 Pro has a way better battery lifetime than Asus MeMO Pad 8.
