The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a general score of 67.8, which is a little bit better than the Blackview Tab 12 Pro's global score of 64.6. Both of these devices have Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has 4.4.2 version while Blackview Tab 12 Pro has Android 12, so it offers lots of additional features and performance tweaks. Even being the best in our current comparison, Galaxy Tab 4 10.1's design is a lot older, just a bit thicker and heavier than the Blackview Tab 12 Pro.
Blackview Tab 12 Pro counts with a bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with a larger number of cores (and faster) and a greater amount of RAM memory. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 features a little sharper display than Blackview Tab 12 Pro, although it has a way worse resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels and a much worse pixel amount per inch of display, they both have a display of the same size.
Blackview Tab 12 Pro has a very superior storage to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because it has a SD memory slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB and 128 GB internal memory capacity. Blackview Tab 12 Pro counts with just a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because it has a much higher 13 mega-pixels resolution back camera.
The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 features just a little bit longer battery performance than Blackview Tab 12 Pro, because it has 6800mAh of battery capacity instead of 6580mAh.
