Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has an overall score of 65.6, which is just a bit better than Blackview Tab 12 Pro's global score of 64.6. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is a way older and somewhat thicker tablet than Blackview Tab 12 Pro, but Samsung managed to make it a lot lighter anyway. Both devices in this comparison review include Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a newer 4.4.2 version while Blackview Tab 12 Pro has Android 12, providing the user some nice extra features.
