Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) is a little bit better than Blackview Tab 12 Pro, getting a 70.2 score against 64.6. Both tablets we compare here come with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) has a newer 8.1 Oreo version and Blackview Tab 12 Pro has Android 12, so it provides you some nice extra features and optimized performance. Despite being the best in this review, we must note that it's also a older, somewhat heavier and just a little bit thicker tablet device.
The Blackview Tab 12 Pro has a bit faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016), and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Blackview Tab 12 Pro also has 6 GB more RAM. Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) features a screen that is very similar to the display in Blackview Tab 12 Pro, both have an equal resolution of 1200 x 1920, a greater quantity of pixels per inch in the screen and a same size display.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) counts with a much better camera than Blackview Tab 12 Pro, although it has a lot less mega pixels camera in the back. The Blackview Tab 12 Pro has a much greater memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016), because it has a slot for an external memory card that supports up to 1 TB and 112 GB more internal memory.
The Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) counts with a little better battery life than Blackview Tab 12 Pro, because it has 7300mAh of battery capacity.
