The Blackview Tab 12 Pro is a much newer portable tablet, and it's also notably thinner and noticeably lighter than Sony Xperia Tablet S. Both of these tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but Blackview Tab 12 Pro has older 12 version while Sony Xperia Tablet S has Android 4.1.1 version.
