The Blackview Tab 12 has a score of 59.4, which is slightly better than HP ProPad 600's 58.2 global score. The Blackview Tab 12 works with Android 11 operating system, and HP ProPad 600 comes with Windows 8.1 operating system. The Blackview Tab 12 construction is much newer, incredibly lighter and notably thinner than the HP ProPad 600.
HP ProPad 600 counts with a much better looking screen than Blackview Tab 12.
