GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) is way better than the Blackview Tab 12, getting a 77.4 score against 59.4. These tablets have Android OS, but the GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has 4.4.2 version while Blackview Tab 12 has Android 11 version.
