Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 is a little bit better than the Blackview Tab 12, getting a global score of 62.6 against 59.4. These devices work with the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't notice any difference regarding that. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 construction is a bit thinner but somewhat heavier than the Blackview Tab 12, and both of them were only released 4 months apart.
The Blackview Tab 12 counts with a bit more vivid display than Galaxy Tab A8, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a bit more pixels per inch in the display and a slightly higher 1200 x 1920px resolution. Blackview Tab 12 features a really superior processing power than Samsung Galaxy Tab A8, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Blackview Tab 12 also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
The Galaxy Tab A8 has a much better storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Blackview Tab 12, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 1 TB. Galaxy Tab A8 has a bit superior battery life than Blackview Tab 12, because it has 7040mAh of battery capacity against 6580mAh.
The Blackview Tab 12 takes just a bit better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab A8, because it has a back camera with much more megapixels.
