Blackview Tab 13 is a bit better than Alcatel JOY TAB, with a 63.8 score against 59.4. Blackview Tab 13's design is notably newer and somewhat thinner, but also incredibly heavier than Alcatel JOY TAB. Both of these tablets have Android OS, but Blackview Tab 13 has the previous 12 version and Alcatel JOY TAB has Android 9.0 Pie.
