The Blackview Tab 13 is slightly better than the Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019), with a overall score of 63.8 against 62.4. Blackview Tab 13 works with Android 12 operating system, and Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019) works with Android, Amazon Fire UI operating system. The Blackview Tab 13 design is notably newer, thinner and somewhat lighter than the Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019).
The Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019) has a slightly better looking display than Blackview Tab 13, and although they both have a same size display, the Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019) also has a just a little better number of pixels per inch of screen and a quite better resolution of 1200 x 1920.
