The Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 has a global score of 66.1, which is a little bit better than the Blackview Tab 13's 63.8 general score. Even though Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 is a little heavier than the Blackview Tab 13, it's just a little thinner and also newer. Both of these tablets have Android OS (operating system), but the Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 has newer 13 version and Blackview Tab 13 has Android 12 version, so it offers some extra features and some performance improvements.
