The Blackview Tab 13 is slightly better than the Microsoft Surface 9 Pro, getting a score of 63.8 against 58.7. Blackview Tab 13 is a somewhat thinner and lighter tablet than Microsoft Surface 9 Pro. Blackview Tab 13 counts with Android 12 operating system, while Microsoft Surface 9 Pro works with Windows operating system.
