Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has an overall score of 65.1, which is slightly better than Blackview Tab 13's global score of 63.8. Despite being the best in this comparison review, the Microsoft Surface Pro 2 is a noticeably older, noticeably heavier and extremely thicker portable tablet than Blackview Tab 13.
