Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is much better than Blackview Tab 13, having a score of 75.1 against 63.8. Microsoft Surface Pro 4's body is incredibly older, a bit thicker and extremely heavier than the Blackview Tab 13. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 works with Windows 10 Pro OS, while Blackview Tab 13 counts with Android 12 OS.
