Blackview Tab 13 has a general score of 63.8, which is a little bit better than the Microsoft Surface RT's score of 58.4. The Blackview Tab 13 works with Android 12 OS, and Microsoft Surface RT works with Windows RT OS. The Blackview Tab 13 design is notably newer, incredibly lighter and thinner than the Microsoft Surface RT.
Blackview Tab 13 features a little bit better looking display than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a greater pixels quantity in each inch of display and a higher resolution of 1080 x 1920px. The Blackview Tab 13 features much more storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 64 GB more internal storage capacity.
The Blackview Tab 13 features a little better processing power than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with a larger number of cores (and they are faster) and 4 GB more RAM memory. Blackview Tab 13 has a much better camera than Microsoft Surface RT, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video quality and the same video frame rate, the Blackview Tab 13 also has a back-facing camera with a much better 13 megapixels resolution.
