The Blackview Tab 13 is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, having a score of 63.8 against 63. Both of these devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but Blackview Tab 13 has the previous 12 version and Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has Android 4.4.2. Blackview Tab 13 is a noticeably newer tablet, and it is also extremely lighter and thinner than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE.
The Blackview Tab 13 has a better hardware performance than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, because it has more processing cores and 4 GB more RAM memory. Blackview Tab 13 shoots way better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, because it has a camera with much more megapixels and a way better 1920x1080 video resolution.
