Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) is better than the Blackview Tab 13, having a global score of 74.6 against 63.8. Both of these devices have Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Blackview Tab 13 has Android 12 version, providing you a lot of extra features and performance improvements.
