The Blackview Tab 13 is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7, with a score of 63.8 against 60.5. The Blackview Tab 13 construction is a lot newer, but just a bit heavier and just a little bit thicker than the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7. These tablets come with Android operating system, but the Blackview Tab 13 has 12 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7 has Android 7.1 Nougat.
