Blackview Tab 13 has a general score of 63.8, which is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab E's 60.7 score. Both of these tablets come with Android OS (Operating System), but Blackview Tab 13 has the newer 12 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab E has Android 4.4.
