Comparison review
The OSCAL Pad 90 has a score of 57.9, which is a bit better than the Blackview Tab 15's 56.4 score. Both devices in this comparison review come with Android OS (operating system), but OSCAL Pad 90 has a more recent 14 version while Blackview Tab 15 has Android 12 version. The OSCAL Pad 90 is a thinner but just a bit heavier tablet than Blackview Tab 15.
OSCAL Pad 90 has a very superior processing power than Blackview Tab 15. Both have a Octa-Core processing unit and a 8 GB RAM memory.
