Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 has a general score of 75.2, which is much better than the Blackview Tab 15's 56.4 score. These devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Blackview Tab 15 has Android 12 version, giving you some nice extra features and some performance improvements. Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is a somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter tablet than Blackview Tab 15.
Galaxy Tab S3 counts with a more vivid display than Blackview Tab 15, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a slightly higher 1536 x 2048 resolution and a just a little more pixels per screen inch. The Galaxy Tab S3 counts with a lot better performance than Blackview Tab 15, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory and an inferior number of cores (although they are faster).
The Blackview Tab 15 counts with a quite bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab S3, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity. Blackview Tab 15 features a much better battery life than Galaxy Tab S3, because it has 8280mAh of battery capacity instead of 6000mAh.
Galaxy Tab S3 features a much better camera than Blackview Tab 15. Both of them have a same resolution back camera.
