The Blackview Tab 18 has an overall score of 71.2, which is a lot better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1's general score of 58.1. The Blackview Tab 18 design is newer and a little bit thinner, but heavier than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. These tablets use Android OS (operating system), but the Blackview Tab 18 has the older 13 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 has Android 4.0.4 version.
