The Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 has a global score of 66.1, which is better than the Blackview Tab 7's global score of 57. Both of these tablets come with Android OS (operating system), but the Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 has newer 13 version and Blackview Tab 7 has Android 11, so it provides the user a lot of extra features and some performance improvements. Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 is a somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter tablet device than the Blackview Tab 7.
