The Microsoft Surface 2 is better than Blackview Tab 7, getting a 63.4 score against 57. The Microsoft Surface 2 is a somewhat heavier tablet than Blackview Tab 7, but they have the same thickness. The Microsoft Surface 2 comes with Windows RT 8.1 operating system, and Blackview Tab 7 counts with Android 11 operating system.
The Blackview Tab 7 features a bit more powerful CPU than Microsoft Surface 2, and although they both have 4 cpu cores, the Blackview Tab 7 also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
