Comparison review
The OSCAL Pad 15 is better than Blackview Tab 7, with a global score of 64.4 against 57. Both tablets in this comparison include Android OS (operating system), but OSCAL Pad 15 has the newer 13 version while Blackview Tab 7 has Android 11.
