Both tablets in this review have Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has the newer 5.1 Lollipop version while Blackview Tab 7 has Android 11.

Blackview Tab 7 counts with a bit more powerful CPU than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, and although they both have 4 cpu cores, the Blackview Tab 7 also has a greater amount of RAM.
