The Microsoft Surface 2 is better than Blackview Tab 8, having a general score of 63.4 against 57.1. The Microsoft Surface 2 has Windows RT 8.1 OS, while Blackview Tab 8 counts with Android 11 OS. The Microsoft Surface 2 is a heavier device than Blackview Tab 8, but they are 0.35inches thick. Blackview Tab 8 features a bit superior processing unit than Microsoft Surface 2, because it has 2 GB more RAM memory and more processing cores.
