The OSCAL Pad 90 has a general score of 57.9, which is slightly better than Blackview Tab 8's overall score of 57.1. OSCAL Pad 90's construction is lighter and much thinner than Blackview Tab 8. These devices come with Android OS, but OSCAL Pad 90 has a more recent 14 version and Blackview Tab 8 has Android 11, giving some extra features.
